1. Who we are

Pantry ("we", "us") is operated by House of Taharah. By using this service you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Pantry you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. The service

Pantry generates recipe suggestions using AI based on ingredients and preferences you provide. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Recipes are suggestions only; you are responsible for verifying allergens, dietary safety, and food preparation.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, attempting to interfere with security, scraping, or probing the system.

5. AI outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and verifying recipe safety. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs that violate our policies. Pantry is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or allergy-related professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan.

7. Payment and subscriptions

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey.
